Mandalas (circle drawings) have been used for thousands of years in most cultures and religions as a form of visual meditation.  In this experiential workshop, participants will learn how art therapists have adapted this ancient art form into a powerful therapeutic tool for working with clients of all ages who are in a period of transition, such as loss, life stages, new endeavors, changing relationships, etc.).

The group will be facilitated by Whitney McLean, LPC, ATR-BC and will particularly focus on a method of mindfulness and mandala making that increases relaxation and focus.

Due to space limitations, workshops will be limited to 10 participants.
