Altered Books: Creating New Stories

In this experiential workshop, participants will learn how art therapists use altered books in therapy to help clients with concerns ranging from reducing stress, resolving conflicts, managing anxiety or to facilitate trauma recovery.  As with all workshops at The Art Station, no art experience is necessary and materials will be provided.

The group will be facilitated by Whitney McLean, LPC, ATR-BC and Deborah Preissinger, MA.

Due to space limitations, workshops will be limited to 10 participants.

 

Cancellations and Refunds 

Cancellations received at least five working days before the workshop are refundable less a $10 administrative fee per registrant.  For cancellations received less then five days prior to the workshop, a credit will be issued toward a future training.  Please note that if you register and do not cancel, you are liable for full payment.  Participant substitutions may be made at any time.
