2009 Parade of Playhouses: CASAs Around The World

The Art Station partnered with Thos. S. Byrne, Ltd. to help create a “Swiss Chalet” that was raffled off during the annual fundraiser for Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children – CASA of Tarrant County.

 
 

The Art Station Welcomes New Therapists
Ms. Fran Seymore joined The Art Station in September. She brings many years of experience in the field of chronic illness to The Art Station. To read more about Fran, click HERE.

The Art Station Featured in The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever
The Art Station is honored to again be one of 15 charities to participate in the 2010 catalog. An innovative approach to gift-giving, this catalog allows the shopper to find more than 30 unique charitable giving opportunities from 15 charities in Tarrant County. The 9th Annual Thos. S. Byrne Charity Golf Tournament Benefits The Art Station
The annual event is attended by over 300 players representing the best in the construction industry and all proceeds benefit mental health services for children in Tarrant County. The Art Station is honored to be the recipient of proceeds raised from this year’s event. We thank all who participate in and sponsor the event and continue to be grateful for the support and generosity of Thos. S. Byrne Construction and its employees.

Do you have things around the house that you are no longer using? The Art Station is always willing to accept donations of new or used materials, including art supplies, crafting supplies, fabrics, beads and costume jewelry, and magazines.  If you have items that you would like to donate, please contact us by clicking HERE

 
 

Summer Therapeutic Arts Program
The Art Station will be offering a variety of summer programs this year, including a 6-week social skills group for children with special needs, a 6-week self-esteem group for girls, and some art-making camps. For more information and to register, click HERE.
